Quarantine: People who have been exposed to a contagious disease can be separated from others while waiting to determine if they become ill. COVID 19 is a prime example.  Isolation separates sick people with a contagious disease from people who are not sick.

Disease vs exposure: Usually one is in quarantine when one actually has been diagnosed with an infectious disease (COVID19, flu, leprosy, etc) which could spread to others. One in quarantine stays completely separate from others for a defined period.  Self isolation is usually for someone who has been exposed to such a disease but not definitely diagnosed with it, who stays apart from others while observing for Sxs

What do you mean?:  Are you afraid of being alone? Is this fear of an intruder, a burglar, etc? Is this feart that if you become ill you won't be able to care for yourself. Please clarify and re-post.

No: After you have been free of fever for three days and it is past 14 days after the positive test, there is no medical necessity for a test. Test may be positive due to non-viable virus in respiratory mucosa.

Yes: Good question which has not been entirely resolved by the medical community. You should have antibodies and should not get it.
However, you could still carry the virus (from your partner) and then transmit it. Quarantine for 10 days.

Yes, please do: Extremely infectious virus. Better to protect others.  The quarantine period is about 10-14 days if you are asymptomatic.

i would like to know when i can go out of quarantine. i was tested last week monday and got my results on wednesday last week. i have self isolated for the past few days. people are telling me it's for 10 days starting on the day you get tested. ?

Quarantine: It is correct that 10 day quarantine is recommended from test date. I am assuming that your test was negative but it is important for you not to return to work if you were having fever or symptoms of cough, sore throat or other viral type illness. If you are not having these symptoms and you reach the 10 day mark your quarantine should be complete.
