can you get a pimple on your finger? ive had the same ring on for a while and i took it off today and there was a pimple looking bump with pus that popped when i took the ring off?

: True pimples (acne) are unlikely. Where on your finger? The location makes a difference in judging the likely causes. Under the ring? Fingertip? Corner of the nail?

a few days ago the skin on my finger was sensitive and swelled into a bump. later on the swelling went away and some unraised pockets of pus formed under the skin there which turned red/brown a day later. it's not spreading, should i be concerned?

: Prob was a sl infection which appears to be resolving. If continues to heal, would just observe. Should it persist or worsen , would see dermatologist for eval and treatment

If the spot more than doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds, develops a nodule, other spots develop, you get fever or lose weight, see a doctor.

itching all over the body, with small bumps which when squeezed discharges pus, is highly suggestive of scabies. Scabies is an infection by itch-mite which needs to be treated by a physician. If not treated, it can be there for many days and make your life miserable. It is a condition which is very easy to treat. Please see your doctor.

Just leave it alone and let it heal, just as with pimples anywhere else on your body. Don't shave the area until it has cleared up. If other similar bumps show up, see your doctor for professional advice about a possible antibiotic.
