Just a pimple: This sounds like just a pimple, or maybe folliculitis (hair follicle infection), especially if it's an area that you shave. No STD causes this -- no worries there. Just leave it alone and let it heal, just as with pimples anywhere else on your body. Don't shave the area until it has cleared up. If other similar bumps show up, see your doctor for professional advice about a possible antibiotic.

R/O FOLLICULITIS : Your symptoms sound like folliculitis or in lampoon of the hair follicle. You need to be examined and course of therapy decided. You may need topical and or oral Antibiotics. If symptoms persist or worsen a Cyst/abscess can develop requiring surgical intervention. Seek prompt evaluation.
