i have pimples around my butthole. not directly by it but i popped the pimple pus like stuff came it almost looked like black head and had a bad smell?

Perirectal abscess?: This sounds like more than pimples, especially if the bumps were larger than normal pimples. You might have a peri-rectal abcess -- not necessarily serious, but you should see a doctor to sort it out and determine if you need an antibiotic or perhaps a minor surgical procedures to drain pus. Aggressively: Benzoyl peroxide will probably not be sufficient, but apply it while you're waiting to see your physician; you'll need prescription-strength treatment. A topical or systemic antibiotic may be in your future, or a retinoic acid derivative; if this is cystic acne, you will probably be a candidate for Isotretinoin -- powerful stuff and not for the faint-hearted.

Acne: Have you been treated at all for Acne.
First treatment is focused on drying the skin with Benzyl Peroxide.
Common treatments are  topical or oral antibiotics such as tetracycline or clindamycin.
The age of a patient and gender also will dictate what medicine you should be on. 
If you  have Cystic Acne. , you  might need to on Acutane  treated only by dermatologist., since it can  have side effects

i have a pimple that seems no need to remove the pus. i am worried that it will leave an acne pit. how will i know if it won't leave acne pit.

Watch it: You are less likely to get a crater / icepick if it reabsorbs rather than ruptures, but not much. If this pimple is special enough to write about, perhaps it is actually something else, such as an early inclusion cyst. If it is stable for two weeks, consider a physican's office visit.

: No home remedies are very effective against acne. If you have more than a few pimples from time to time, see a dermatologist for advice on treatment. Excellent treatments are available to prevent lifelong acne scarring. Good luck.

No: Hiv infection by itself does not cause acne. Some of the complications due to immunosuppression can lead to acne-like lesions. Also, some HIV medications can also cause acne-like lesions. Definitely discuss this with your doctor.

Manage it: Topical benzoyl peroxide, maybe 5%, 1-2x/day. If you're not clear in two weeks, get with your physician who can add prescription-strength Rx. Ignore all "pop" wisdom about "what you did to cause your acne". It is non-lifestyle-related and you need to manage it until it self-cures, which it will eventually do. It's unpredictable. See your doctor: It will be best if you saw your primary doctor first. They may be able to start you off on a combination of topical and/or oral medications as they think appropriate to use to bring things under control. If they are not comfortable, you will be referred to a dermatologist or similar to evaluate and treat you. 
Do not scratch, pick or otherwise manipulate your pimples. It will lead to scarring.

for 4 months i have ben having some sort of continously acne infections only on my right cheek. red pimples with green/white pus. whats the solution?

One sided pimples: suggest either a bacterial, as most acne is generally symmetrical to some extent.  Other possible causes may be repeated friction or pressure in one area, such as leaning on your face, the phone against the face or protective gear such as helmet.  
    I recommend getting an evaluation.  A short course of oral antibiotics may make a significant difference.

i have a red bump in the dip of my cupids bow, its just a small red bump and theres no pus or anything. i don't know if its herpes or acne i'm crying!

Stop crying: I'm betting it's an infected hair.  Watch it and consider putting a warm compress in place. If it's not better in two weeks, get seen. If it's not really painful, it's almost certainly not herpes.
