I have a pimple that seems no need to remove the pus. i am worried that it will leave an acne pit. how will i know if it won't leave acne pit. thanks?

Watch it: You are less likely to get a crater / icepick if it reabsorbs rather than ruptures, but not much. If this pimple is special enough to write about, perhaps it is actually something else, such as an early inclusion cyst. If it is stable for two weeks, consider a physican's office visit.
