Nerves: Lower back injuries can press on the nerves in the area. Those nerves in your lower back travel to your toes. So pain in the lower back can create tingling in your toes.

: Apparently there is an irritable or pinched superficial nerve in your left foot.I assume there has been no injury.  Tingling may be caused by ill fitting foorwear.  Although it's possible, I doubt it's from peripheral neuropathy as it's only in one foot. If tingling doesn't resolve see your physician or a neurologist for evaluation.

Generally accurate.: These tests are generally pretty accurate however this accuracy depends on the equipment and the skill of the person performing the tests. It is important to remember that even though the test results may show the nerves to have normal function, it is entirely possible to still feel pain.
