Pins and Needles.: Foot tingling can be described as a feeling of "pins and needles" or a slight "buzzing feeling " in the foot. It is generally not painful, but can be annoying when the tingling is severe. There are many conditions that can cause this condition, and the causes are generally linked to dysfunction of the sensory nerves.
