Legs: These symptoms appear to be muscle fasciculations or mild cramps related to exercise. Maybe your muscles aren't used to such a long walk. If repeated muscle cramps or easy fatigue occurs, get checked for deficiencies of calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium,iron or presence of anemia. Otherwise embark on a regular walking program starting with shorter walks and wearing proper footwear.

i have a pulse in my left leg by my knee. it's on upper inside part of one. i've had three surgeries on this knee. what is making this happen?

Normal pulse: This may be your normal popliteal pulse, as the area you are describing is the area where the popliteal area courses through.  See if you can feel the same pulse behind the other knee.
However, if you have had a recent surgery and notice pain, swelling, or redness associated with this then you should see a physician.

Tremor: If you're experiencing true involuntary tremors of your leg, I recommend a consultation with a neurologist. In addition to a thorough neurological examination  other appropriate tests will be ordered and may include testing calcium, magnesium, and potassium levels, electroencephalogram, cranial mri.

i was diagnosed with gastritis. lately i've been feeling like i'm getting a pulse feeling in my legs/feet/back after eating with severe tiredeness why?

Leg pulsations/ulcer: Gastritis may cause bleeding in severe cases (any dark stools?).  This could cause anemia that might provoke symptoms you describe in your back/extremities with associated fatigue.  Assume you are treated with antacids (?Prilosec, Pepcid) and may want to have blood tests to f/u on this.

i have panic attacks, heart palpitations, & severe anxiety. could i have hyperthyroidism? i'm only 16! i also feel a pulse/twitch in my leg constantly

Panic symptoms: and thyroid issues can mimic one another.  It is important for you to see your doc to see if you have thyroid or other medical concerns.  If cleared, then you can see a mental health professional for treatment of panic disorder.  Please learn strategies to help, not only medication.

Possible blood clots: You should consider going to local ER to get evaluation for possible blood clot in your leg. The doctor can do a test called a ddimer or an ultrasound of leg and/or a CT of chest. Being on the pill can increase chance of clots, especially in smokers.

Several sites: People can find their pulse in the crease of their groin, behind their knee, behind the inner part of their ankle and on the top of their foot.  This is generally harder to find than the wrist or neck though.

Feet: There are two spots in the feet with palpable pulses:  on the surface of the foot right in the middle, and just behind the ankle bone on the inner ankle.  These are called the 'dorsalis pedis' and 'posterior tibial' pulses, respectively.  If they're ok, your circulation to the legs is usually ok.

Sciatica or PN: It could be due to pinching of your sciatic nerve or peripheral neuropathy of many different types! Could be that your pyriformis muscles are too tight or your lumbar spinal disc problem. Could be due to diabetes, multiple sclerosis, other autoimmune diseases, thyroid problem, vitamin deficiency or other metabolic causes or neurological diseases. The bottom line is you should see a doctor!
