i am experiencing  visible pulsations in my right thigh. they aren't painful, just a little annoying and concerning because i've been googling causes. ?

Thigh  pulsations: Pulsations usually refer to blood vessel movement. Fasciculations/twitching are muscles contractions. It could be benign or related to Lyme disease, vit D deficiency magnesium deficiency , Benadryl , opioids, or rarely neuromuscular diseases like muscular dystrophy,  ALS or-Creuzfeldt-Jakob  syndrome . Would check for Lyme , electrolytes, Vit D and follow up with doc.

No: This suggests a high systolic and low diastolic pressure and you might be surprised to know that such a finding is (or was) typical of berberi, the vitamin b1 deficiency disease. If you are eating a lot of simple carbs----pop, donuts, sweets etc it could be the underlying cause.

: Since your symptoms are only one sided, I have to conclude that the persistent numbness &amp; the other more bizarre symptoms are due to injury in the left cerebral cortex from the brain surgery. I'm unclear as to whether an EMG would document this. I'd have to defer to the neurologist's judgement &amp; opinion.

If you are thin its very possible that you feel the vascular structures of the abdomen especially the aorta which can feel pulsatile. Unfortunately it's difficult to determine on exam, even for an expert, if this is normal or pathologic. Therefore these fomfindings are often subjected to ultrasound evaluation. Get seen be health!

Pain and Pulsation: You must get your self examined immediately, especially if you have worked out too hard and there may be a tear in the muscle causing pain and making it easy to feel inside pulsations.
