i'm experiencing pain and pulsation just between latissimus dorsi and rectus abdominus. please advise?

Pain and Pulsation: You must get your self examined immediately, especially if you have worked out too hard and there may be a tear in the muscle causing pain and making it easy to feel inside pulsations.

I'll bet Dr. Chand is correct. Show your personal physician next time you're in the office. You probably found your abdominal aorta.
