Thigh pulsations: Pulsations usually refer to blood vessel movement. Fasciculations/twitching are muscles contractions. It could be benign or related to Lyme disease, vit D deficiency magnesium deficiency , Benadryl , opioids, or rarely neuromuscular diseases like muscular dystrophy, ALS or-Creuzfeldt-Jakob syndrome . Would check for Lyme , electrolytes, Vit D and follow up with doc.
