Hyperthyroid: F of unknown age ethnicity medical Hx notes: can see heart beating thru short when I look down. I have hyperthyroid.. ANS: this is classic for severe hyperthyroidism. I recall 1 patient whose husband complained his wife's heart beat so hard he could not sleep in the same bed. Do you also have bulging eyes? You started 2 say something
about eyes but did not complete. Ask your team about being on BB

Muscle twitch?: You know where your right pectoralis major is, and if this gets episodes of the twitches from time to time, it's no concern unless you have other obvious pathology. Keep exercising

after core exercise,i get acidity&next day had cramp&burning in right abdomen &back.i get mild pulsating burn in stomach&chest.right side still stiff?

Burn: Symptoms most likely from DOMS, but could be muscle strain. More concerning possibility would be some type of rhabdomyolysis.
Keep hydrated and monitor urine. If change in urine color or decreased output get checked. I would anticipate resolution of symptoms in a day or two.

Nonspecific: This right sided chest discomfort is nondiagnostic but not consistent with lung or heart disorders. An irritable intercostal muscle or nerve which runs between two ribs is more likely. Since you've had no lingering discomfort or reoccurring discomfort, I recommend no investigation at this time. Should symptoms reoccur, see your physician for evaluation.

Nerve pains: If the discomfort is Sharp,shooting or fleeting and especially if it is produced or aggravated by a deep breath,cough or other chest motion, a likely cause is pinching of an intercostal nerve or muscle which runs between two ribs. This is more of a nuisance disorder and tends to resolve in a few days. If symptoms persist consult your physician for evaluation.

Pulsating mass chest: Really need to see and feel it and examine you. Possibilities: co-arctation of aorta with enlarged rib arteries from collateral circulation. You can google it and show and discuss with Dr. let us know.
