Nonspecific: This right sided chest discomfort is nondiagnostic but not consistent with lung or heart disorders. An irritable intercostal muscle or nerve which runs between two ribs is more likely. Since you've had no lingering discomfort or reoccurring discomfort, I recommend no investigation at this time. Should symptoms reoccur, see your physician for evaluation.

Sounds benign: Given your young age, lack of stated heart conditions or tobacco abuse and no medications for hypertension or high cholesterol, your risk for cardiac disease (i.e. heart attack) would be quite low. Provided the pain resolved on its own and didn't continue, it was likely just a muscle spasm. If it continues or gets worse, should consult your physician.
