What is pulsating 3 cm right of center of chest.it doesnt feel deep..just shallow.can feel it with fingers pulsating in and out for a few seconds every few minutes.similar to abheart beat but much faster and can feel it physically with fingers?

Pulsating mass chest: Really need to see and feel it and examine you. Possibilities: co-arctation of aorta with enlarged rib arteries from collateral circulation. You can google it and show and discuss with Dr. let us know.
