Probably nothing: Enlarged lymph nodes and pulmonary nodules are extraordinarily common. You should follow up with your doctor and follow up on any tests they recommend, but most often these are completely benign.

Probably not: 2mm nodules are quite small. If these nodules have not grown(monitored by ct) over significant period of time (months), the likelihood of malignancy is small. These are probably granulomas or scar tissue secondary to previous infection.

If the findings are stable it suggest a benign cause if there is enlargement then a pet scan or biopsy may be indicated.

Pulmonary nodule: It depends on your medical history, i.e. risk factors or other clinical conditions that would make the small nodule more concerning. At your age, if you have no significant medical history that might relate to a lung nodule, it is likely of very little or no concern.  Talk to your doc about the results.

Prob. not.: All those items seems relatively benign, ie, not important.  If it associated with abnormal labwork, or significant symptoms, then a PET scan may be more useful to identify active disease. 
If this is the first time the lung nodules have been seen, then a follow up CT in 3-4 months would be recommended.

Nodules in lung: Not all multiple nodules in the lung are cancer. They can sometimes be benign. A repeat scan 2-3 mo later can be helpful in differentiating this dilemma.

Yes: These nodules are new since last chest ct and, in my opinion, should be reviewed by a pulmonologist in collaboration with the radiologist who interpreted the chest ct. Questions to be answered include differential diagnosis, what should be the type of  further testing and timing of follow-up chest ct.

Quite: Need tissue biopsy and clarification.
May be benign sarcoidosis etc. Or can be malignant and one needs to know!

Fungus: Histo is a very common fungus.
Histoplasmosis is the disease state, and includes in the lungs, liver, spleen with small and potential enlarging non cancerous nodules.These can be of a size to be seen on ct. 
Larger than 3 -5 mm. And are frequently multiple in an individual.
Most  are asymptomatic and found on x-rays and cts.
