Pulmonary nodule: It depends on your medical history, i.e. risk factors or other clinical conditions that would make the small nodule more concerning. At your age, if you have no significant medical history that might relate to a lung nodule, it is likely of very little or no concern. Talk to your doc about the results.

Follow up: Why was the imaging study done? A singe 1 mm nodule at your age is not likely to be a cause for concern, however, you should follow your doctor's advise about follow-up imaging studies.
