Normal and common: I'm afraid it's too common to be specific: in other words, can't say it's good or bad - but it is normal. The only reliable pregnancy sign before a missed period is a positive test. Best of luck next few days!

Possible: Muscle pain 1-2 days following physical workouts is typical. Give yourself some hot showers twice a day or lay in hot water tub. This should go away in a couple of days. You should tine your body muscles with incremental workouts to avoid this in future. Eat plenty of oranges and bananas and drink milk for the extra calcium and potassium your muscles need. two days ago i felt a pulling in my belly button, next day my rib cage was hurting like i sprained it, and today i started feeling stabbing pain in my lower right side abdominal area, i also threw up and and very nauseous, the pain is increasing. ?

ABdominal pain: A couple of days of abdominal pain associated with vomiting is concerning. Always could be a simple gastroenteritis, but could  be a bowel obstruction, ulcer, gallbladder atttack or kidney stone. Evaluation warranted.

Get a second opinion: It could just be muscle pain or intestinal cramping or could be psychological etc reassurance perhaps is all u need!

More info: Is it painful? Where is the pulling? When do you get pain/pulling? What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Does food affect the pain? Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? Need a bit more.

Possible hernia, or: Causes of recurrent llq abdominal discomfort may be identified by first addressing accompanying signs/symptoms so as to localize organ(s) involved: vaginal discharge or bleeding, alteration in periods, pregnancy risk? Fever, nausea/vomiting, altered stooling, blood with stool, tenderness, distension? Painful urination/blood in urine? Recent trauma, herniations? Risk factors? If severe get help now

That isn't a typical: Sx. Classic pregnancy sxs usually don’t begin until after your period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks). These can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line. Etc. There may be ^ white vaginal discharge.   Take a home pregnancy &gt;.

Need evaluation: This really can be anything.  Depending on age, history, clinical scenario (e.g. Recent surgery), etc..., a variety of diagnoses can be applied.  Need more information that only a thorough history & physical can provide.

8 weeks pregnant and im feeling a thick and pulling sensation from the lower left abdomen down to my left leg. what is that?

8 Wks pregnant: At eight weeks of pregnancy, the combined weight and size of the pregnant uterus is sufficient to cause this "pulling sensation" if the position of the uterus in the abdomen is "tilted back" and now resting on the "backbone".  As the pregnancy progresses past 16 weeks, it will be pushed forward and that sensation will probably vanish.
