Cramp: I assume you are pregnant and therefore concerned about your uterus. When you sneeze, your outside and inside shake accordingly. Your uterus, especially if close to deliver reacts to that by cramping or contracting and that may be something you perceive. Another option could be pain from the ligament supporting the uterus. It is always under stress by supporting it and now from sneezing.

Healing faster ?: Healing of medical procedures or traumatic injury generally speaking cannot be accelerated, only retarded. "Healthy diets" which include salads, vitamin supplements may help prevent slowing of the process, but mild exercise to start, then gradual resumption of cardiovascular exercise with the approval of your surgeon is important as well for your general health, and, TTC efforts !

Mostly the lining: Vast majority of the cancers of uterus arise from the lining of the uterus, be that cervix or the body of the uterus.  Benign tumors of the muscle, leiomyomas/fibroids, are common, but cancer of the muscle, leiomyosarcoma is uncommon.

Muscle contraction: The muscle components of the uterus are contracting in sync or not and the resulting sensations that are felt is called a spasm. There a quite a few causes for uterine spasms and should be talked about with your doctor. Ectopic pregnancy which could be life threatening could be a reason. Premature labor could also be the cause of uterine spasm.

i've had several uterus procedures in past 3 years. can i hurt my uterus or parametrium muscles while performing a clean and jerk exercise move?

Maybe: If the hysteroscopy repaired the septum inside the uterus, then that specific item is probably O.K. However, lifting and "jerking" heavy weights for females with or without a support belt can cause a pulled round ligament which serve as a pair of "gudewires" to hold the uterus in place.

Yes: Cycling is a great exercise. You should do kegel exercises as well to exercise your pelvic muscles.  There is no exercise I am aware of that can strengthen your uterus.

first degree prolapse 33 years old with 2 kids. normal delivery and baby weight ~7 pounds. need a solution to make uterus connecting muscles stronger

Kegels! : Kegels!  the good news is that first degree prolapse is actually considered a normal degree of tissue relaxation in a woman who has had two vaginal deliveries.  Many  women with first degree prolapse would not even know that it is present unless an examining doctor told them it was there.  Often the woman is completely unaware and has no symptoms.
The important thing is to prevent it from getting worse over time and evolving into a second or third degree prolapse.  For this, do your kegels!  if you are not sure what these are or whether you are doing them correctly, please ask for a referral to a pelvic floor physical therapist.  They can rapidly get you down the right course.
Two other important things - avoid straining with constipation and avoid unnecessary heavy lifting.

what can happen if your uterus is comming down low due to poor muscle control and the dr put mirena (levonorgestrel) in? im having a lot of pain

Accepted Answer

2 different issues: The uterus coming down too far is a problem with physical pelvic support.  It is partly genetic, but is more common after you have had multiple vaginal births.  There are a lot of different ways to fix this problem. 
The Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud placement and cramping is probably unrelated and should be evaluated with an ultrasound just to make sure the iud is still in the right place.  This improves over time.

i have feeling need to per & nothing pain hurts low in uterus part area been taking pain med and muscle cramps med it starts to go away. what is it?

See your doctor: I believe you meant to type "need to pee"? A urinary tract infection (UTI) may be the cause of your symptoms.  Pain meds may help the pain, but do not eliminate the bacteria, so you should contact your doctor.  Antibiotics may be needed.
