See your doctor: I believe you meant to type "need to pee"? A urinary tract infection (UTI) may be the cause of your symptoms. Pain meds may help the pain, but do not eliminate the bacteria, so you should contact your doctor. Antibiotics may be needed.

UTI: Lower abdominal pain & urine symptoms is usually a urine infection, but a kidney stone, ovarian cyst, & appendicitis are possible. Pain from any of these will be masked by pain meds & muscle relaxants, but not cured (except maybe a kidney stone). An exam by a physician along with urine +/- blood tests can usually determine the source of lower abdominal pain.
