Many things: Irritation or inflammation from shaving, folliculitis, abscesses, carbuncles, hernias, various infections, trauma and bruising, cellulitis, cysts, etc. etc.  See the Dr. if you have pubis swelling to get the most likely diagnosis and any necessary treatment. Best wishes.

should i be worried about orange peel skin and stabbing pain in the pancreatic region. the pain comes and goes for a week or two at a time. feels like swelling in that area. the skin problem is on my lower belly close to the pubic region & is pain?

Yes: Please see your primary care doc for an exam and further tests as needed. Above changes with significant visceral pain and abdominal distention resulting in peau d’orange changes are worrisome and workup will be needed.

What's your question: Presumably you're wondering if you're pregnant. If so, take a home pregnancy test. While IUDs are amazingly effective, partly b/c they take out human variable when it comes to adherence, they're not infallible. So if you're worried about possible pregnancy, home pregnancy tests are inexpensive, available w/o prescription, and highly accurate (just as good as those in doctor's office).

Possible: Assuming that his oral lesion was herpes, it would be possible for him to transmit the virus to that area of your body through oral sex.  However, Herpes looks more like ulcers or vesicles rather than a flat red rash.  Your doctor can easily tell the difference and test for it.

See answer: Most common causes of painful blisters in the genital area would be genital herpes (HSV) or possibly a contact dermatitis from a specific chemical, allergen, or other irritant. If it is a HSV infection, it could have been acquired by either partner during a past sexual encounter prior to your present relationship. Regardless, important to see your MD or gyne for exam and appropriate tests for dx.

Stop shaving: Like many young people today, I'm guessing you shave your pubic area. This sounds like typical folliculitis due to shaving. It can be a particular problem in the pubic area (more than the face) because of greater bacterial colonization in that part of the body, and because curly hair is more likely to ingrow after shaving. If hair removal is important to you, consider a non-shaving method.

found a large lump in my upper vagina lip, sore when even not touching, can't see lump but can feel it, a little swelling, the area above it, is also sore, my pubic area, and also the lymph node at that side is also tender to touch?

: You should be examined by your gynecologist for accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Possibilities include an infected Bartholin's cyst or a herpes infection. Both of these require treatment. In the meantime apply hot ( not boiling) water compresses.

Heat: Ingrown hairs usually respond to heat compresses. Put a warm washcloth or hand towel on this area at least three or four times a day and that should help bring the infection to a head and the body to fight off the infection.
