Should i be worried about orange peel skin and stabbing pain in the pancreatic region. the pain comes and goes for a week or two at a time. feels like swelling in that area. the skin problem is on my lower belly close to the pubic region & is pain?

Yes: Please see your primary care doc for an exam and further tests as needed. Above changes with significant visceral pain and abdominal distention resulting in peau d’orange changes are worrisome and workup will be needed.
