i am 5 weeks 5 days post pardom. could i get positive result on a pt? should the levels be low enough that it wouldnt register as "pregnant"?

Certainly ....: ....there are reports of people getting pregnant within 5 weeks of delivering a child. This is highly unusual, but it can actually happen even if you haven't had a period yet.  Why are you questioning it?  Are you having symptoms that suggest pregnancy to you?  If so, do check a pregnancy test. They are quite accurate and if you are pregnant, the results should be "positive."  Good wishes:)

what would you see on a cbc test that might indicate a pt has aml? how high or low would the patients levels on cbc be?

if ferritin level is high (double uln) but iron and tibc are low in pt. with remote gastric bypass, is iron replacement still recommended.?

Probable: A high ferritin can be interpreted as an acute phase reactant or chronic inflammation, but if your iron level is low, this can suggest deficiency.  Having gastric bypass does cause iron absorption issues including others such as calcium.  Routine specific labs are recommended for all bypass patients.  Have your primary take a further look at this whether you would need chronic iron supplements.

how low would a patient's protein c activity level has to be before an ob will put her on lovenox (enoxaparin)? if pt also mthfr homo c677t, does it change the tx?

Need history: A doctor would need to factor in the patient's past obstetrical and medical history to make a definitive decision. MTHFR Homozygotes should be treated with Lovenox (enoxaparin) or Heparin during pregnancy especially if they have an elevated fasting Homocysteine. If the Protein C was tested during pregnancy then the results are not reliable. If tested appropriately and it was low then treatment is indicated.

p.s:i have nafld and sgpt 64ui/l.is there a liver problem related to coagulation?

Unlikely: Liver disorders would prolong the clotting parameters, not shorten these. In fact the shorter times than normal are questionable.
It would be appropriate to discuss the results with the doctor who ordered the tests.

See hematologist: You need to consult a hematologist. Some of the findings may be related to vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiency but the whole picture is unclear especially given that the hematocrit and hgb levels were normal.

Have narcolepsy?: Hypocretin issues come up in sleep medicine, and are associated with multiple sleep disorders.  This hypothalamic issue is best evaluated with appropriate sleep studies, and pinning down the diagnosis.  Treatment is available but based on what is going on.

Yes that is: A low level.  Generally a low ferritin is due to poor iron stores, and the most likely cause is blood loss -- usually chronic in nature.
