Yes: But don't confuse "normal" with "therapeutic."  if you are on blood thinners, then the goal would be for the inr to go up.

Blood coagulation: The pt and PTT labs measure components of the blood clotting cascade. Abnormalities of one or the other or both lead towards the type of clotting abnormality (extrinsic or intrinsic pathway abnormality).
Inr is the international normalized ratio, a derived number based on pt to normalize a variation done in different labs or with different testing systems. It is used in patients on coumadin (warfarin).

my pt is 12.7 and pt inr is 1.0. a day before the test i took 2 low doze aspirin pills (81 each). how aspirin influenced the result and would it still be normal if i did not take aspirin which i do not take regularly. thanks?

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your results are not a cause for concern. Aspirin does not affect these tests.

PT: Your pt normalized value of 1.1 is normal. This would not correlate to you having dysmenorrhoea.

pt/inr normal, ptt, activated is 3 seconds prolonged, and in the lupus anticoagulant panel, only abnormality is aptt at 41.4 sec. what does this mean?

Any symptoms?: Why were these tests done? Do you have any symptoms? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. A slightly prolonged PTT in isolation is not a cause for concern, but it would be important to know why your doctor ordered the tests. Lupus is one of the causes of prolonged ptt.

how often should someone who is on wafarin for the first time to disolve blood clots at home normally go to have their pt/inr level checked?

Warfarin: Protocols sometimes differ, but i ask my patients to check their inr 2x weekly until we get a good level 2 times, then once weekly a few more times, then once every 2 weeks a few more times, and then once monthly minimum. I increase the frequency again if I have to make any dose adjustments. The accp just recommended that stable patients can be checked every 3 months but i think that's too long.

mystepdad referred colorectal urgent for colonoscopy/upper gi investigations. he bleeds easy, should it be mentioned to the doctors. pt/inr to safe?

Mention to docs.: That should be mentioned prior to the procedures.  Oftentimes, biopsies are needed and bleeding can occur.  The GI doctor should be made aware that this bleeding after the biopsies could potentially be more brisk and more difficult to control than what would otherwise be predicted.

Bleeding disorder: It is to ensure that you do not have a bleeding disorder that could cause bleeding into the spinal canal.

Ask: Ask your doctor for specific advice and treatment many things can affect and interfere with anticoagulation medication

35 month old - ptt came back 42 normal range 26-39. pt / inr normal. cbc normal but notated platelet clumps +1, segs couple numbers high, lymph absol - little low. what could this mean.

Repeat labs: The laboratory findings are slightly abnormal.  Repeat the studies one week later to see if any variation.  If persistent then your pediatrician may refer you to a blood doctor or hematologist.  The risk of bleeding after tonsillectomy is low but not zero.  It can occur right after surgery or up to 8 days later.  The repeat of testing is necessary.
