Watch and wait: If your symptoms are stable you could watch and wait. If you get fever, have blood in stool, lose weight or develop hematomas, see your doctor, preferably a hematologist.

No, see below: Hyper-clotting disorders can be inherited or acquired. Common tests for inherited hyper-clotting diseases include testing for antithrombin, protein C and S deficiencies, factor V leiden and prothrombin gene mutations. For acquired ones, tests may include antiphopholipid syndrome, myeloproliferative, PNH, etc.  Fibrinogen is reactive  and dysfibrinogenemia is rare for thrombosis, thus not included.

Varicose veins?: If you have varicose veins, you may bruise easily at the legs. However, it is best to discuss this with your doctor.

Blood coagulation: The pt and PTT labs measure components of the blood clotting cascade. Abnormalities of one or the other or both lead towards the type of clotting abnormality (extrinsic or intrinsic pathway abnormality).
Inr is the international normalized ratio, a derived number based on pt to normalize a variation done in different labs or with different testing systems. It is used in patients on coumadin (warfarin).

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your PT (Prothrombin time) is so high that I question the accuracy of the result. Talk to your doctor.    Wish you good health!

Follow MD advice: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, do you have any symptoms? It is the patient who needs to be treated, not lab results.

Irrelevant: These tests are not helpful in the diagnosis of Crohn's. Endoscopy and biopsy is the diagnostic test of choice.

Yes liver is ok: Your test indicate that the liver is normal especially when your Albumin and PT and PTT are normal. The best test for liver is esterified cholesterol. If that's normal or high your liver is fine if it is below normal then liver is not ok
