normal cbc, liver, kidney panel, pt and ptt test. young male. slight bruising around both eyes. small red veins increasing around ribcage, and stomach area. markings or rash on tops of feet. other tests? liver or blood issue? please help!

Watch and wait: If your symptoms are stable you could watch and wait. If you get fever, have blood in stool, lose weight or develop hematomas, see your doctor, preferably a hematologist.
