It's not true: It's not at all true that cannabis is not psychoactive until it's heated, not true at all. Cannabis is less bioavailable when taken orally but the effects on the body are the same. Thc metabolites will appear in the urine of someone who ingests cannabis orally just as if smoked. Also, being psychoactive and detectable in the urine are not really dependent on one another.

Assays = part of ans: Assays for drug response are more about metabolism of the drug and i wouldn't expect would be able to (in a binary yes/no manner) predict the full spectrum of side effects likely to occur on you as a patient.  Remember that in medicine as in life, there are few absolutes.  I would be wary of anyone or anything that ever predicts a 100% response.  Nothing is perfect.

No interaction but..: I ran the interaction checker and there is no known interaction between caffeine and any of the meds you mentioned. However, it is well known that caffeine disrupts sleep patterns and can increase anxiety either on it and while withdrawing from it. Therefore, it is best to cut caffeine to a very minimum
