Reality: Docs are grounded in reality, and science and provable facts.  Psychic phenomena are a hope of humans that fails.  All testing of "psychics" who allow it have show nothing better than chance.  This includes fortune tellers and tarot readers who frequently are good students of personality and will tell you what you want to hear, but have no real fortune telling capacity.

There have been some reports of patients with influenza and taking tamiflu (oseltamivir) having such symptoms, but since these were reports that were not associated with a formal study it cannot be determined what the significance is or if it was caused by the flu, the medication, or a combination.
