Possibly: Influenza can be associated with neuropsychiatric symptoms such as delirium. There have been some reports of patients with influenza and taking tamiflu (oseltamivir) having such symptoms, but since these were reports that were not associated with a formal study it cannot be determined what the significance is or if it was caused by the flu, the medication, or a combination.

Unlikely: Tamiflu (oseltamivir) is usually well tolerated and can be important to take. Psychic behavior would be a rare side effect. But you should discuss your concerns with your pediatrician.
