Perhaps a dose adjustment, med change, med addition, or increased psychotherapy is indicated. However, I'd work in concert with ur doc! FSRS?: I'm sorry, but i've never heard of any drug that is "like prozac" and called "fsrs."  are you sure of the spelling?   Is it possible your friend meant "ssri, " the group of antidepressants in which Prozac (fluoxetine) belongs?
