It is unlikely: Prozac (fluoxetine) is very safe in overdose and the combination with melatonin, an over the counter sleep aid/supplement would add very little risk.

Too much of anything: Melatonin works under specific circumstances, if you require large doses (>3mg), it is not working and you should fine another option to treat your insomnia. Do not take more than your provider prescribes of fluoxetine (Prozac). Always follow the prescription instructions!
