A possible effect: Prozac (fluoxetine) can cause headaches.  If you have chronic/constant headaches you should call your prescribing doctor today and explain your symptoms.  It may not be the Prozac (fluoxetine), but the symptoms, if you don't have a history of migraine headaches are cause for a call to the dr.

Stillpane: Stillpane has several components, one of which is the tranquilizer meprobamate. This could potentiate any tranquillizing effects that prozac has on some people. The caffeine in stillpane can aggravate excitability. I don't recommend it's use with prozac, but your pharmacist can better answer this question of interactions for you.

Excellent: Herbal treatments are becoming more popular recently.  Studies from europe confirm the benefit of butter burr for migraine.  Better than other more toxic agents.  Use it if effective and try to reduce the others.

Lots of issues!!: Prozac (fluoxetine) has a long half-life so if you should not be withdrawing every day. Maybe you primary serotonin abnormality. Maybe a touch of mania? Hypomania?
Ssris do help with pain issues via the brain transmitters. Think flesh/tissue and not bone/ligament/disc w chronic pain! began selfcare with a wellness programs, vits, magnesium sleep hygiene, exercise massage, my fav is acupuncture/trigger pt. Inj.

Maybe: If symptoms were severe in past and too risky to lower dose, i could see his/her concerns.  If no significant issues in past, i would favor lowering dose, or eventually tapering off and see how you are at a baseline.
