A possible effect: Prozac (fluoxetine) can cause headaches. If you have chronic/constant headaches you should call your prescribing doctor today and explain your symptoms. It may not be the Prozac (fluoxetine), but the symptoms, if you don't have a history of migraine headaches are cause for a call to the dr.
