Only one kind: Proteins in general are good for heart except red meat b/c it is also high in fat/cholesterol. So cut down the red meat to 3 times or less per week. Other protein like lean meats and fish are good to consume on a regular basis. 
Fatty food, processed food, oily food, fast food, fried food, bakeries, pastry, cakes are all bad for heart b/c they contain unhealthy fat called saturated fat.

Lean meats: Perhaps try lean proteins such as chicken and fish.  They can be prepared many ways, and you can determine whether different sauces or cooking methods aggravate you or not.  For sure i would not fry them, but would suggest baking, broiling, or grilling.

Need for evaluation: Have you always been skinny? Did you lose weight due to an illness? Excess protein will not provide any more benefit than normal intake, which should be about 1.0 for each kilogram of weight. If your kidneys are okay, more protein will not do harm. If you are otherwise healthy, do not worry about being skinny.

Protein delivers a steady supply of glucose to the body as needed by conversion of Amino Acids ( the building blocks of protein) by the liver into glucose.  Therefore hunger is abated. Recent evidence, just published, suggest that carbs actually make the brain hungrier!

Depends: If you eat dairy products you can try greek yogurt or cottage cheese (otherwise soy/almond/coconut yogurt). Non dairy sources include chia seeds, beans, lentils, quinoa, eggs, artichokes, broccoli, avocado, asparagus, tofu, peas, spinach, beet greens, peanuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, garbanzo beans.

"really work" BUT...: I am not sure what you mean by "really work" but they will provide a source of vitamins & minerals. However, supplements are not a substitute for a healthy diet. Fruits have many beneficial phytonutrients not found in vitamin tablets. Vitamins do not contain any protein. I'm not sure what you mean by energy rich foods but sugars & simple carbs are among the least healthy foods to eat!
