Vitreous floater: You most probably have a vitreous floater.  The clear gel that fills eyeball is normally attached to all parts of the inside of the eye.  As we get older it can become more liquid (watery) and detaches from the back of the retina causing your "dirt" floater.  This can also reult in a retinal tear or detachment  you should see your eye doctor to check the retina for this or hemorrhage (blood).

Multipurpose SCL sol: Multipurpose solutions for soft contacts has ability to remove protein especially if mechanical rubbing front and back surfaces of contact prior to placing in case-- just be gentle. Catalyst based systems such as hydrogen peroxide cleaners need an activating tablet or disc and must be replaced per manufacturer  recommendation. All work well.

Reshaping the cornea: Lasik eye surgery is using excimer laser to reshape the corneal curvature of the eye to achieve the desire focusing power.  A corneal flap is first made and lifted from the eye. Then based on the pre-operative calculation by a computer program, a pre-determined amount of the corneal tissue (the stroma) is removed by the laser beam.  The flap is then placed back down on the eye.

Ocular floaters: are composed mainly of protein that are part of the vitreous gel inside of the eye. Currently the main treatments for these are either a vitrectomy (surgery) to remove the vitreous gel from inside the eye, or laser treatment (YAG laser) called vitreolysis. These are proven methods and have worked well for certain patients. Unfortunately, there is no other medically proven treatment at this time.

: burning eyes is often a result of dryness.  I first suggest an evaluation of your hydration status.  In that a healthy adult male should get 4 liters of fluid per day from all sources.  If you work outside and sweat that value could be more.  Next frequent use of non preserved artificial tears, 6-8x per day.  Failing this seek an exam with an ophthalmologist

Allergies : Looks like you're allergic to one of the ingredients in the power bars.  Try different brand or different formulation.  Do not keep eating  the bars that are causing the symptoms.

Blood and protein in the urine in a woman are often contaminants but a cause should be sought. It's a waste of time to try to connect these. You are ok: Your medication should be used 12 hours before your waking hour.  Therefore if you sleep in on the week ends, and stay up later, it is ok to put your drops in later in the evening.  Just do not put them in at bed time.  You should use them a good half hour before going to bed.
