Initial stages none: Initial stages prostate cancer will not have any symptoms, symptoms appear with spread to bone as bone pains etc, or urinary obstruction.  With current techniques , will not affect daily life in most of the time, . Surgery may cause erectile dysfunction, will not have normal ejaculation..

Depends : Depends on the stage of the cancer and where it has spread ,it might be serious if spread to certain parts like liver,lungs,brain. Five year survival rate is over 90% but if the disease has metastatic un hopefully the rate drops into 30%

Unlikely twice: Unlikely some one 25 year old to get cancer of prostate , usual age is 40 + and incidence increases with age. It is unlikely to impregnate as after radical prostate surgery , will not have normal ejaculation, ( retrograde ) but there are other means to harvest sperm, .

Changed anatomy: After prostatectomy, men must rely on a single sphincter mechanism. This is the one that can be controlled voluntarily. An involuntary sphincter at the bladder neck is necessarily removed during radical prostatectomy. During emission and ejaculation, a coordinated contraction of the bladder neck and relaxation of the voluntary sphincter occurs. After surgery this can lead to the result described.

Uroflow: The uroflow does not provide any information regarding cancer of any kind.  It would be very unusual for a 35 year old to have either of those malignancies.  The flow rate is dependent upon the volume of urine in your bladder prior to voiding and 10 cc/sec may very well be normal.

Corneal : Corneal exposure during surgery is not uncommon but typically resolves in a couple of days.  If his surgery was three weks ago, he needs to be evaluated by on ophthalmologist.  Go to www.Aao.Org and click on the "find an eye md" tab at the top right to find an ophthalmologist near you.

Prostate Ca ?'s: After "radical prostatectomy" a PSA level should be near zero, and if present at all, other studies ( PET scan) may be indicated prior to any form of "salvage radiation" to treat possible metastatic prostate cancer.

You can treat it!: It depends on what kind of treatment you received - surgery,  radiation and/or hormonal therapy.  Some degree of ed occurs right after prostatectomy. If the nerve-sparing technique is used, recovery from ed may occur within the first year post surgery. 
Treatment options for ed post prostate therapy include:
-oral medication
-intracavernous injection therapy
-vacuum assisted device
-penile implant.

At 40, a rectal exam and psa blood test are the best way to start screening.
