A retrograde ejaculation (orgasm felt, but semen doesn't come out) or other unusual sensation happening once a year probably is not to be worried about, but symptoms that occur off and on, even if just once in a while, should be evaluated by a doctor to see if it is related to any serious medical condition.

You are correct.: Adults can't grow taller once arm &amp; leg bone growth has stopped, usually at the end of adolescence or in early adulthood.  There's a condition called "acromegaly" caused by excessive amounts of growth hormone that can cause excessive long bone growth in young people and growth of other bones in adults. It's accompanied by many "other changes."  Don't believe everything you read on social media!
