Medication allergy: If you are not allergic to zyrtec, you may take it with Inderal (propranolol). One half of the 10 mg tablet of Zyrtec at bedtime is a good way to start.

Unlikely: It's rare for someone to develop resistance to such a medication. However, there are normal physiologic changes that take place which make it possible for a medication to not work quite as well. Sometimes the dose has to be increased.

Highly doubtful: I am not aware of any association of those medications with dairy sensitivity. 
The fact that you took them for a year without the bloating is pretty strong evidence against a link with the medications. 
Our ability to digest lactose declines after childhood. You are at an age where lactose intolerance can become evident. 
I suspect that the medications and the bloating are unrelated.

Inderal (propranolol): Inderal (propranolol) is used in migraine control, essential tremor treatment, for anxiety or panic attacks, hypertension, and for heart rate control.  In the absence if bronchial asthma or diabetes Inderal is a great alternative when treating a oerson with one or more of the above conditions. Althouth is not hanit gorming it annot be stopped abruptly and requires slow tapering specially in the presence of known cardiac conditions.

: Propranolol is a beta blocker that has been around for a long time and is used for a variety of different medical conditions including headache, hypertension and cardiac conditions.  It works by slowing heart rate and is generally very safe but you need to monitor heart rate to be sure it does not slow heart rate too much and make you bradycardic.
