Dont: Do not drink etoh while on tegretol. Drinking alcohol can increase some of the side effects of tegretol, and can also increase your risk of seizures.

Depends: On how much. A drink or two over several hours shouldn't be an issue. Going on a bender with hyperthyroidism is a bad plan!
