Medication allergy: If you are not allergic to zyrtec, you may take it with Inderal (propranolol). One half of the 10 mg tablet of Zyrtec at bedtime is a good way to start.

Zyrtec (cetirizine): Yes. You can take Zyrtec with inderal. I wouldn't take Zyrtec D since that might affect your blood pressure . Go see your doctor and look into nasal corticosteroids like Flonase that have less drug interactions.
