Progesterone: Progesterone can be prescribed in a variety of ways. Pills, injections and vaginal suppositories are all available. All of these are routes of delivery used by doctors around the world.  You will need to contact your specific prescribing doctor and ask for clarification on which type of Progesterone they prescribed y  and clarify how they would like you  to use it.

Wait longer: Generally Progesterone should be supplemented only under a doctor's supervision to prevent confusion like this. Normal Progesterone levels do not rise until 3-5 days after lh surge, so starting earlier than this wouldn't really make sense. It's not likely to suppress ovulation, but will make the endometrium 'over mature' if started this early, which may stop implantation.

can taking 3 pills of 200mg progesterone stop me from ovul.?just realized i may not have ovul. & now stopping prog. immed.still a chance to conceive?

Maybe: It is hard to know whether that dose would suppress ovulation.  Chances are it won't but it could still prevent pregnancy through changes in the endometrium and cervical mucous.  Differences in absorption of oral Progesterone would account for the uncertainty in suppression.  Many ovulate, despite high doses of progesterone.  You should resume normal function after discontinuation.

in 5th week my sac was found ill define shape, with fatal pole of 5mm. dr advised  progesterone bp 200mg. wat are the chances of shape to get normal?

Early OB US: Hopefully the repeat US in one week will show some improvement and a fetal heart beat. We are concerned when the sac seems to be collapsing that a miscarriage may be coming.  The Progesterone wont hurt anything .  I'm not sure what BP means but I am presuming you don't mean your Blood Pressure is 200.

No estrogen: In order for your period to come on, your uterus needs to be exposed to estrogen, followed by Progesterone and then the withdrawal of these hormones. This is what happens when you ovulate and when you take birth control. It is likely you did not ovulate and did not make estrogen. You should discuss these issues with your gyn.

In ovulatory cycles if Progesterone is low, it is usually called a luteal-phase defect, although experts disagree about how important it is. Purely theoretically, no Progesterone at all would mean death because your body couldn't make cortisol.

More information: Progesterone levels must be interpreted knowing the exact day of the menstrual cycle. One expects a low number in the first half of the cycle and a high number in the second half if ovulation has occured.
