Accepted Answer

Put her in gloves: If you really want her to stop you can fasten gloves on her hands that she cannot remove. In the hospital we put their upper arms in a soft splint that prevents them bending their elbow, which stops the picking.If neither are acceptable, just accept you cannot control a 2 yo  and let her be.

Seek medical attenti: Like most wounds, immediate cleaning/irrigation is the hallmark of infection prevention. Assuming skin was broken, considerations include infection and rabies from mamalian bites as well as updating tetanus immunization. Bite wounds are concerning as they are often puncture wounds which are difficult to irrigate. A visit to your primary physician or urgent care is in order to fully assess.

Won't prevent scar: But it will soften the area and help make it less noticeable.  Normal insect bites shouldn't scar unless scratched open if this is a problem too try putting some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream on and covering with band aid.  If you are dark pigmented and have dark scars try fade cream but don't use it close to your eyes.

Exam: Have it examined and if the ear canal shows signs of infection, you will need a topical antibiotic generally mixed with a steroid. Less likely it may be a concern for a viral infection. All the best.This is often called a swimmer’s ear.

with vaping is just holding the smoke in your mouth (not sending it to your lung at all) just as harmful, because i have a weird enjoyment for smoke but dont want the risks, so does keeping the vapour in my mouth prevent the risks? at least a bit?

: If you do not "inhale" the smoke, it is like smoking a cigar; i.e., no direct effect on the lungs.  There may, however, be effects on tongue and structures in mouth, but a dentist could assess such emerging symptoms if present.

: Any splashing water in this situation are contaminated only with your own oral fluids. So of course no significant risk. Also no risk from any exposure if you've been vaccinated. And most likely the dentist has been vaccinated as well.

i have been bitten by deer tick and my skin is very itchy and swollen and red do i need to be on an antibiotic to prevent lyme disease.  it was between my toes.

Tick bite: Pretty sure it was a tick? Although Lyme disease is often associated with Deer ticks, you could actually even have some other form of bacterial infection. Ask your physician if s/he can do a virtual medical evaluation -so that it can be visualized.
