Exam: Have it examined and if the ear canal shows signs of infection, you will need a topical antibiotic generally mixed with a steroid. Less likely it may be a concern for a viral infection. All the best.This is often called a swimmer’s ear.

Inner ear sensitive.: This could be the start of an infection, either an ear infection primarily or a component of a sinus infection. Could be allergies. An evaluation locally would be a good idea - have the ear examined along with a good physical examination of the throat, sinuses and such.
