if i have had 3 total hip replacements as well as dozens of hip irrigations, have one leg 3 inches shorter than other and have been unable to walk for nearly two years now. can i be prescribed pain medication?

Focus on function: Your focus should remain on recovering as much as possible given the unfortunate condition you ended up in. Pain has a high psychological component and it becomes difficult to differentiate from physical pain. You should work with a dedicated rehabilitation team that would be able to cover as well physical pain.

i've been using flonase for a couple of weeks and every night i do a saline irrigation. the medication isn't really helping stop my post nasal drip fully. is the saline spray reducing the effectiveness? i know to builds up so should i stop saline?

PND: You may have allergies causing the PND.  The saline should be helping and won't reduce the effectiveness of the flonase.
You should see an ENT doctor for further evaluation.

Maybe: I can't say I have ever seen it happen. Most parents do not do it as often as the kid needs or as vigorously as they need. Since a small kid needs the mucous debris removed to effectively use their nose, it is one of the few treatments that can make a real difference.Cold meds often thicken mucous producing a negative effect.

Vaseline: Placing a small amount of Vaseline several times a day in both nostrils Helps nasal dryness. Gargling with Maalox can help dry throat. Also milk products increased mucus production. Sucking on sour lemon Candy drops will increase saliva production

hello there, i have constant thick sticky mucous rusty tinged behind my uvula and in my throat. i've cultured them and it's serratia and staph, been on cipro without help. i also take claritin and do saline nasal spray daily. i have low igg. thank you?

Low IgG: With the picture depicted, you need to be evaluated by allergy / immubology service at a tertiary care hospital, (a university hospital or a teaching hospital), you most probably have an immunodeficiency problem for whatever reason, you might need admission and IV antibiotics to clear the infection and manage the condition from there, goodluck
