Need to examine: It is not feasible to know without examining you. One cause of the symptoms you described is large breasts.  If you are overweight, it would help to lose weight. If the symptoms persist, do see your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

It can: Typically costochondritis causes pain where the ribs insert into the sternum.  The clavicle also inserts at the sternoclavicular joint and can be inflamed too.

Any chest pain: that is not frankly musculoskeletal should be evaluated by a clinician.  You are young, but heart or lung problem is still possible.  You are on antibiotics, so have been seen recently.  You should go back to whoever prescribed them for you.

Strained ligament: If it only hurts when you move it might be a partially torn ligament that attaches the clavicle to the sternum. This can take months to heal.  See your doctor and make sure that's all it is.

Nerve: If the pain is sharp and fleeting, is brought on by a deep breath or cough, a pinched or irritable intercostal nerve which runs between two ribs may be the cause. This is a nuisance rather than a serious problem and usually resolves on its own. Lung pathology seems less likely, but see your physician if symptoms persist or worsen.

Pain: Your description needs more info.  It can be due to a muscle strain of the sternal head of the pectoralis major.  The trapezius or your scalenes can also cause pain as well as nerve impingment.

Lipoma: Most likely is a benign lipoma or fatty mass. It could be excised. You should have it examined to make sure there are no adjacent lymph node swelling that could indicate a more serious mass.
