Been having pain in my chest right under my collar bone in the middle. only hurts when i turn or move a certain way. ?

Strained ligament: If it only hurts when you move it might be a partially torn ligament that attaches the clavicle to the sternum. This can take months to heal. See your doctor and make sure that's all it is.

Musculoskeletal: It sounds like musculoskeletal pain. A lot of people don't realize that there are several joints associated with the ribs and breastbone. You could have inflammation in a joint as well. Check with your doctor but a course of a anti-inflammatory should help.
