What kind of med?: A BP of 110/60 could be fine for your wife, although a diastolic of 60 is getting a bit low.  What kind of medication is she taking?  What conditions does she have?  If she's typically hypertensive, she may need to have her dose adjusted.  Please contact her own physician, who knows her and can advise you better.

Yes : It should be lower. Your eye doctor has a target pressure for you,  follow  this doctors directions and you will be fine.

Travatan Z is: A potent medication for glaucoma; so might drop pressure significantly as cumulative effect of 2 weeks' use. Contact eye doc if pressure drops further or rebounds back to baseline pressure.

Many factors: Acceptable pressure depends on many factors including optic nerve appearance, visual field, retinal nerve fiber layer, corneal thickness, and family history. An experienced ophthalmologist can weigh all of these factors and come up with a target pressure for each patient and/ or eye.

No: A single BP reading slightly elevated is no cause for concern. It is untreated high BP over years and decades that causes heart attacks and strokes. That being said, see your doctor. Your med doses may need to be adjusted. Hope this helps!

i take my pressure 4 times in a sitting waiting 2 minutes between tests. the first reading is always higher than the other three. what is the reason?

No reason: Excessive BP measurement is counter productive. BP diary over the course of 2 weeks is better (we need 6-7 readings in that period of time on different days) do check in am. Show diary to doctor. However, talk to your md first, he or she may suggest something different, it depends on your health profile or if you are having symptoms or not.

my blood pressure and pulse has flip flopped this week but never been as low as it is today. these are my readings 113/55 p 69, 114/59p 68, 115/57p65. what should i do?

Blood pressure: Not knowing your medical history or normal BP measurements, these BP readings sound ok. Low normal. If you are feel light headed or fainting, i would see your physician in the am. If your are feeling fine, then i would call your physician to see if they want to adjust your BP medications.

BP Goal 120/80: I will presume you are referring to the "top" value or systolic blood pressure (bp). If measured correctly, this is way too high for a 31yo male. Of course i don't know about any other medical problems you may have...
