Yes: Return to you doctor for plan to treat. Diverticula  can be serious. So get back to the doctor tell him how you feel and get you treatment plan

Difference : could a variation of the actual ovulation/conception day. Also could be a  sign of gestational diabetes,  or just  a larger baby.

Hard BM: Take 4 tablets of dulcolax at night ( all 4 as one dose ) you will have a good bm next morning. Then take one tablet of surfak ( stool softner) every night for one month.

Cannot say for sure: and it is often that people bear down when pooping or holding it in. The tension causes pressure behind the ears.

If...: You are having a tough time having a bm, having to strain to do so, and are having hard, formed stool, i would say the most likely cause is constipation. Try increasing the fiber in your diet or supplementing fiber to see if this helps. If you're having to strain much, you can also add a stool softener as well.

: Gallstones are a much less common cause for chr. pancreatitis. Alcohol/tobacco and "idiopathic" (when a thorough evaluation fails to identify risk factors) are more common causes. Your doctor can help sort this with a history, exam, blood and urine labs, imaging and possible referral. Chr. pancreatitis is not as common compared to other causes so your symptoms are very treatable after an eval.

Not sure: One could get adhesions from surgery. Bladder lives in a different space than bowel. It is possible, however, to get adhesions to bladder and this could potentially lead to symptoms. It is rare. C a urologist to discuss in person.

Mittelschmerz: You may be describing Mittelschmerz or middle pain associated ovulation, although it's usually one-sided. Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/mittelschmerz/basics/definition/con-20025507.  Mention it to your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood the next time you're there, assuming you're otherwise healthy &amp; have no reason to go immediately.

Have you thought IBS: There are several things that are in that area.  They are your pancreas, your spleen, and part of your colon.  You don't say if you have had stomach issues, or problems with alcohol.  You may need to see a live doctor for labs and a physical examination to be sure all the other systems are well but that is a very common spot for people with  irritable bowel syndrome to complain about pain.
