ILD: Sounds like interstitial lung disease with restrictive physiology. Have you had a chest xray and complete pulmonary function testing?

: May be reflux . May consider omeprazole or famotidine for reflux . Also may be gall bladder , esophagitis or even eosinophilic esophagitis. Consider evaluation by gastroenterology

: I have to consider this a digestive disorder as it occurs with eating. An esophageal motility disorder would be a likely cause of your symptoms.  A gastroenterologist would be best to evaluate and advise you.  Any appropriate testing will be carried out.

i have been having severe bloating after eating faty foods, gas, chest pressure, shortness of breath, and  of/on stomach pain. i am scared. :(?

More info?: The first thing one thinks of is gallbladder but more info is needed.  How long does it last? Anything make it better?  Anything make it worse? Does it radiate to your back? Or shoulder?   Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there?  Have you tried any medications? Did they work?  Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc?  Has anyone done any studies?  Cough? Fevers?

chest pressure. my heart has been checked with ekg blood work echo etc. its hard to eat sometimes and swallow. pressure gets worse after eating. my pef lowers some also ex 530 to 448. fev1 stays the same. i do have suspected lpr. is this asthma?

Smoking: I'm not sure what you mean by "chest pressure." smoking causes all kinds of changes in your blood vessels and in your heart as well as in your lungs. Shortness of breath,  heart pain are just a few of the long-term consequences of smoking. You don't say how long or how much you smoke. That makes really little difference because no one should smoke at all . Good luck.

can gallbladder cause chest pressure?

Unlikely : While anything is possible, gallbladder induced pain is usually felt in the right upper abdomen just under the ribs, and just below the tip of the beast bone. It sometimes radiates to the crack on the right side, but not the chest per se.  Chest pain however always raises the possible of cardiac or heart pain, which is considered an emergent problem requiring a trip to the er. Hope this helps!
