Smoking: I'm not sure what you mean by "chest pressure." smoking causes all kinds of changes in your blood vessels and in your heart as well as in your lungs. Shortness of breath, heart pain are just a few of the long-term consequences of smoking. You don't say how long or how much you smoke. That makes really little difference because no one should smoke at all . Good luck.
