i've had pressure/fullness in my left ear for about 2 days now. it moves from behind it to on top towards the temple and to my jaw? cause?

Eustacian tube  : You may have an issue with your eustacian tubes not equalizing pressure in your ears. This will cause a build up of pressure that can be painful. At times this will pull fluid into the middle ear which has the potential to become infected. This can be triggered by allergies or an infection that causes nasal passages to swell.  There are over the counter treatments but need provider to confirm dx.

i'm experiencing pressure behind my ear and a little behind my jaw as well. it's been happening off and on for 1 yr. doc said no ear infection 1yr ago?

Typical TMJ symptom: if you are someone who internalizes her stresses, chances are you clench, grind your teeth and tighten your shoulders  when you are worried/anxious.  This leads to pain in and around your ear, AND FEELS LIKE AN EAR INFECTION!
As I wrote in Contemporary Int Med 15 years ago, when a patient has no otitis to explain ear pain, we have to consider pain/dysfunction of the TMJ.

does this sound like a sinus/allergy issue? for about the past 2-3 weeks i have been having pressure in my head/behind eyes/ upper jaw and my ear pops

Likely: It is likely you have some sinusitis possibly related to allergies or infection, sounds like you may have a possible ear infection and eustachian tube involvement which causes a sense of fullness in the ear and popping with swallowing. Sinus issues/allergies require irrigation and flonase, see CDC.gov. If fever/chills/cough its flu season, so a full history/physical will be helpful and  best idea

continued pressure behind my left temple, running down to the top of my ear. it is a constant crawling sensation. it causes tiredness with some anxiety. raising the left eyebrow or shifting the jaw to the right seems to help, as well as warm showers?

yesterday, i was nauseous & had severe vertigo. today, some dull ear pain, pressure, headache, pain behind eyes, and jaw pain. still a little bit dizzy. eyes a little sensitive to the light. i am 22 y/o & healthy. not on any meds. what could this be?

Sensitive eyes: Any prior history of this?  Can be migraine or ear infection.  Have your PCP check it out.

ive had pain in my right upper neck under jaw with a pressure behind the ear, and now my cheek bone and right eye are tingly. i took my metformin for prediabetes and have tmj, am i okay?

Not OK: Your pain should tell you that. It may be due to to your TMJ but also from an infection, such as an abscessed tooth. Start with a trip to your Dentist. He/she can provide the appropriate treatment or guide you to the proper specialist.

No infection: suspected. Need infection to get Osteomyelitis (spread of infection to bone) sepsis (infection that has spread to the blood stream) or a brain abscess.

Pressure in head: in a young lady may be due to deep sinus problems or Idopathic intracranial hypertension especially if there is a positional component.  I would see a neurologist. Check Iron level, Vit A level Thyroid function if there is evidence of raised intracranial pressure on fundoscopic (eye) exam. also check a CT of the head.. I wish you  best of health.

Sounds like you have: It sounds like you have a lesion on your mastoid process. Get this checked by your PCP or by an ENT.  Something is causing this lesion, usually a pathogen.
